Your Most Commonly Asked Questions

Are there limits to the numbers of children for the parties?

Yes & No – we can easily cater for whatever number children you have attending.

This will guide you on how long things take:

Face painting – per child takes anywhere from 2 – 6 min per face. Multiply this by the number of faces.

Balloon Twisting – takes around 1.5 min per simple balloon creation

Face Painting & Balloon Twisting Parties –
1.5 hour parties – 12 – 15 kids

2 hour parties – 16 – round 22 kids

Add 15 min per 3 – 4 kids.

Our promise to you is that we won’t compromise and lessen the standard of our face painting.

Face Painting has irritated my child’s skin in the past, so will your face paints do the same?

We have not head of any cases with our brands so far. We use only high quality professional theatrical make up/face paint which is not available in the craft stores. It is all water based, non toxic and non allergenic – it is not the face paint that dries and cracks on your skin. All our brushes and sponges are washed and rinsed with antibacterial solution at the end of each party.

Do you provide lolly or party bags?

How much do your parties cost?

Face Painting, Balloons, Bubbles & Magic Shows – Prices vary depending on length of time and numbers of children. We offer excellent value and competitive pricing. Prices available on the Kids Parties Pages.

Why should I book a party with Balloonaversal Entertainments?

Because we’d done 1000s of kids parties over the last 20 years. Our team are expert and experienced performers/artists, they love what they do and it shows. We offer excellent value and competitive pricing. We are easy to contact and do our best to help you achieve the party you wish to have – our goal is to help you and guests have the most enjoyable party experience – the event is all about you, not about us.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Cash, EFT and Credit Card payments are all accepted.  Deposits are required to confirm your booking.

Do you have insurance?

Yes all of our entertainers carry public liability as well as Working With Children Check cards.

What if I have to cancel my booking?

Unfortunately circumstances occasionally happen where we have to change our plans – so if you need to cancel within 14 days of your booking, we’ll help you with an alternative date and you don’t lose your deposit. If you cancel before 14 days of your booking, we’ll return your deposit. Cancelling within 14 days without a rescheduled booking – we keep the deposit and forward to the artist who was booked so they don’t loose out on income.
