In an age where so many families are struggling for meaningful time with each other, there has never been a better time than now to come together to play and celebrate those special days in each of our lives, our birthdays and especially our children's birthdays.
We believe that when families come together in unity & celebration, that magic happens. Kids parties give us that opportunity to put aside the daily grind or life's demands ... even just for a day, and remember what is most important to us - our families and meaningful time together.
What's Included & How It Works
The Express pony party package is set up differently to our four other pony party options. This package can only be booked on specific dates (once a month) at pre-set times and in the Doreen and surrounding suburbs only. Read on for more info.

When Can I Book This?
We can only make this AMAZING offer available once a month, so we selected a Saturday in the middle of the month. No matter what date your child's birthday is, the middle Saturday won't be too far away.
Our online booking calendar will show you which Saturdays are available.

We have 5 pre-set times available:
- 10am - 11am
- 11:30am - 12:30pm
- 1pm - 2pm
- 2:30pm - 3:30pm
- 4Pm - 5pm
Frequently Asked Questions
For the Express Pony Party Packages, we only offer this once a month, so you can choose another month OR consider one of our regular (and exciting) pony party packages - Lite, Gold or Premium that can be booked ourside the Express Pony Party schedule.
The Express Pony Party available time slots will be displayed on the online booking page - 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm and 4pm. If you can't see one of these, it means that this timeslot has been booked out. o problem.
At this stage we only offer the Express Pony Party Package in our local area - Doreen, Mernda, South Morang, Mill Park, Yarrambat, Plenty, St Helena, Diamond Creek, Hurstbridge, Wattle Glen and Nutfield. If you live outside these locations, no problem, we can offer our regular and very exciting pony party packages - Lite, Gold or Premium in most Melbourne suburbs. Or you may want to consider finding your own venue or park in one of these suburbs.
The insane price of only $250, no travel fee, no other hidden extras. And did we say you get TWO ponies for this price? AWESOME value hey?
Terrific question. The EXPRESS Pony Party is limited to 15 kids, we want all the kids to have one or two rides each. If you've got a large party the great news is, we can DEFINITELY accommodate with one of our other pony party packages that can be adjusted to suit. Our regular Kids Pony Party Packages will give you the flexibility you’re looking for with some AWESOME options to choose from.
Please realise that we will not be able to stay any longer than the one hour as we have the next party to get to.
That’s OK, we’re happy to work with families, and we know as well as any body that life is full of surprises. Simple get in touch with our office and we’ll reschedule your party for another time if it's available, or you can credit the party fee to a different pony party package. Easy peasy. For cancellations and reschedules, 2 days before the party date, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

A very thoughtful question, thanks for asking this. For this party package, we bring two Shetland ponies who will rotate their duties from party to party. At one party, one pony will be giving rides, while the other hangs back with a bag of hay enjoying one hour of grooming, pats and cuddles. So, nope the ponies will be well taken care of, I’ve got that covered. If you want to supply the kids with carrots to feed the ponies, I know my ponies will LOVE this.

About the Author of our Pony Party Concepts
Helloooooo, thanks for visiting our website :-) I'm Michelle Patterson, (frequently go by the name of Mrs Balloonatic). My hubby Peter and I have been doing this .... kids parties and event entertainment for 20+ years now and still so love what we do, we hope it shows (we've been told that it does).
I'm a horsey girl through and through, got my first pony when I was 11, did the pony club thing at Donvale and then Templestowe pony clubs till I was 21. Competed in many, many equestrian events, pony club and open adult - dressage, show jumping and my favourite - eventing till I was around 30.
When we added the ponies to our business (about 19 years ago), we wanted to make sure that how we did this was unique and fun, so we combined our face painting and balloon twisting skills to add another level to a pony ride party, something that had not been done at this stage. We continued to think of fun ways to present this service - from fun costumes for the ponies (unicorns, cowboys, princess pony, My Little Pony, medieval knights horses), to tea parties with ponies and even trick training our ponies for a stunning 45 min Pony Pantomime Show. It was ... and still very much is always fun to dream up something new and different AND AMAZING for kids and families to remember their special celebrations days.
